1. Services

WinBrief provides two primary services:

  • Proposal Review Sprint: A flat-fee expert review of your federal proposal, delivered within 48 hours of completed intake and payment. Includes a compliance matrix, win theme critique, executive summary guidance, and a Go/Strengthen/No-Go recommendation.
  • WinBrief Weekly: A subscription-based weekly email brief containing curated federal contract opportunities for small and disadvantaged government contractors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use our services. By using WinBrief, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Payments and Fees

Proposal Review Sprint: Payment is due in full at the time of intake submission. Fees are:

  • Starter: $500 (proposals for contracts under $500K)

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee. All fees are in US dollars.

4. Delivery and 48-Hour Guarantee

We commit to delivering Proposal Review Sprint results within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form and uploaded documents. The 48-hour clock begins when both payment is confirmed and all required documents have been received.

Guarantee: If we fail to deliver your review within 48 hours for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim this refund, email info@winbrief.co within 7 days of the missed deadline.

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to incomplete submissions, requests for additional information, or force majeure events.

5. Refund Policy

Proposal Review Sprint:

  • Full refund if delivery exceeds 48 hours due to our fault
  • Full refund if you cancel within 2 hours of payment and before we begin work
  • No refund once the review has been delivered

WinBrief Weekly:

  • Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

Refund requests must be submitted to info@winbrief.co.
