These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of winbrief.co and the services provided by WinBrief ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using any WinBrief service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
WinBrief provides two primary services:
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use our services. By using WinBrief, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Proposal Review Sprint: Payment is due in full at the time of intake submission. Fees are:
WinBrief Weekly: Subscription fee is $149 per month, billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee. All fees are in US dollars.
We commit to delivering Proposal Review Sprint results within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form and uploaded documents. The 48-hour clock begins when both payment is confirmed and all required documents have been received.
Guarantee: If we fail to deliver your review within 48 hours for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim this refund, email info@winbrief.co within 7 days of the missed deadline.
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to incomplete submissions, requests for additional information, or force majeure events.

We treat all proposal documents, RFP materials, and business information you submit as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your materials to any third party except as required to deliver the service (e.g., secure file storage) or as required by law.
You retain full ownership of all proposal documents and materials you submit. Our review and analysis are provided for your use only and may not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.
All content on winbrief.co — including text, design, graphics, and the WinBrief Weekly issues — is owned by WinBrief and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Review deliverables we produce for you (compliance matrices, win theme analysis, executive summary guidance) are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense these deliverables without our written consent.
The WinBrief Weekly is for the personal use of the subscribing organization. Forwarding individual issues to non-subscribers or reproducing issue content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
WinBrief's services are provided "as is" and represent professional judgment based on the information provided. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to winning a contract, receiving a higher evaluation score, or passing a compliance review.
Federal procurement decisions are made by government agencies at their sole discretion. Our reviews improve the quality of your submission but cannot guarantee award.
WinBrief Weekly opportunity information is sourced from publicly available data (primarily SAM.gov). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of opportunity listings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinBrief's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost contract awards, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may cancel your WinBrief Weekly subscription at any time by emailing info@winbrief.co or using the cancellation link in any subscription email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
