  • Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Proposal Documents and Confidentiality

Any RFP documents, proposal drafts, or business information you submit for a Proposal Review Sprint are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or disclose your proposal documents to any third party. Documents are used solely to perform your requested review and are deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Proposal intake data and review deliverables: retained for 12 months, then deleted
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by tax law
  • Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe
  • Email communications: retained for 24 months

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • All data transmitted to and from winbrief.co is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
  • Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — we never see or store your card details
